The conditions and low standards of care the dogs are forced to live in are appalling.  Lack of vet care, is seen over and over again in inspection reports.

• Dogs can be caged for life.
• The dogs can be kept in stressful conditions 24/7/365.
• It’s legal to cage dogs in raised or stacked cages with wire flooring.
• USDA dogs breeders can keep dogs in dark barns that are hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
• Some kennels may be clean and sterile. No matter what, the mental and physical abuse to dogs living in these legal sub standard kennel conditions is immeasurable.
